My friend had it in hers, which she got from another friend of ours - I don't think it has a specific source (at least, not that I know of) but rather that it's something from an "English University"...

It's been sprayed all over the Web at this point, I think. This blog entry (http://semantics-online.org/blog/2003/09/aoccdrnig_to_rscheearch) claims to be trying to track an origin (but hasn't found one yet).
