The question is more - do you *want* to follow along on yet one more thing while you're on leave? I would think you'll be quite occupied enough as it is. I mean - you'd be welcome to keep tabs on my Saga In And After China, but I also do not wish to burden you with anything more to read. Am perfectly fine with your taking an actual break. :)

You know, I understand what you're saying, but I'd love to have the option of getting them via email, on the blackberry, and reading them if I have time. I know what it's like with a newborn, and a lot of time, especially in the middle of the night, is spent sitting in darkened rooms. What's a little backlit screen to do, but keep me vaguely connected to the Outside World?

Can someone walk me through the form you're supposed to send out, in order to make it possible for people to subscribe? I've signed up at bloglet, so that part's done. But when I filled out the form, then did the test connection, it said "Not a valid RSS document". Help, please?

Making sure you are signed in.

Click on Add a weblog

-For weblog title just list name of your LJ (The Secret Keeper)
-For weblog url list in http://www.livejournal.com/~aome
-For weblog id, username, and password, leave it blank
-For server type in http://www.livejournal.com/customview.cgi?username=aome&styleid=90448&nooverride=1
-For weblog type select RSS

I think that should work... *fingers crossed*

Heidi, although it is sweet of you to ask, there is nothing in my LJ that you'll need to see while you are on maternity leave. I promise that if there is any really hot news from my slash testing lab I will zap it direct to your BlackBerry via e-mail!

I can't count how much pleasure all your creations (counting the organizational, web site-ical, and fictional ones) have brought me already, and how much they will bring me (e.g. Nimbus) in the future. *squees gratefully*

My palz who have them say that kids are a blast, even the 2 AM feedings - so I wish you a lot of fun in the coming months! (To take just one example, what my friend Sue did during the middle of the night was watch whatever movies were on cable. After 2 kids she's seen about 45 minutes each of a ton of movies - mostly from the the middle sections. Clearly she should have gotten a handheld like you have. Anyway she's now really funny about it - when we mention a movie she'll say, "Oh yeah, I saw the middle of that.")
