Apr. 18th, 2003 03:56 amThat means I have another 5 or so weeks to go. And I don't mind.
By this point in pregnancy, many women can't wait to have the whole thing over with, but given that my house renovations are not done yet (floors, tiles and paint are still needed) I am very, very happy to have a few more weeks to go.
At this point, I'm having a few random contractions - six to ten a day for the past three days. I don't need to worry unless I have more than 3 in an hour, though, and that hasn't happened yet.
I finally did a huge shopping trip this past weekend for Bebestuff, including this very cool car seat and this amazing bouncy... chair. And a collection of Boppy Pillows, which made my husband ask, "You need four? Why?"
Upstairs, downstairs, at my mum's house and in the car, of course!

It's so awesome to kind of "watch" you go through all it all.
But.
Call me old fashioned, but I think it's still the biggest miracle ever.
Also, my nephew, Trevor, had one of those bouncy seats.
Oy.
It's like the wonder calmer-downer.
Every mother should have one.
Congrats!
And rock on.
You enjoy every minute of it darlin!

Date: 2003-04-19 01:28 am (UTC)Since you are still mid-renovations, I hope Jumper decides not to jump much more for another five or even six weeks. Stay comfy!
