You know, I actually stumbled over the origins of the 'icicle' rumor some time ago. it was a girl in one of those q and a chats with JKR who had that nick, and in addition to answering her question, JKR also said that she would probably steal the name for later use.

Isn't it funny how the people that made these rumour sites were so certain that the things they thought were going to happen? And then the book comes out and blows them all out of the water.
