It's all about the meta

This is a moment where I sort of wish that vanityfair wrote Alias fics, because nobody else would really appreciate this, bar possibly praetorianguard or loupnoir, but when I was listening to The Ballad of Booth from Assassins today, I realised that someone needs to do an Alias fanfic that incorporates lines from The Battle of Booth, because the originator of the Booth role on Broadway was Victor Garber.

But it's probably just me...

You obviously underestimate seren_himitsu and I. And! have not been reading my LJ closely enough, where I've raved about Alias and Victor Garber on a regular basis.

On that note, I *do* write Alias fics, and have written many of them. Ballad of Booth having been on loop during writing, of which I especially enjoyed "damn my soul, if you must/let my body turn to dust" as well as Victor's amazing voice when he sings, "Let them cry dirty traitor..."

Erp. I knew about the alias-appreciation but I didn't realise you were also keen on the Sondheim thing. Good! If you ever write a meta one that incorporates it, let me know - I will do the heretofore unheard of, and jump fandoms to read it!
