In other news, my grandmother is on the mend - she's out of the hospital in the orthopedic rehab place nearby and should be home next week. Whew.

Umm... sorry for posting a message here when I probably really shouldn't!!!... glad to hear your Grandma's doin alright?!?! Lol... I actually had no idea ur Grandma was in the hospital... was she in the hospital?!!? *shrugz*
I just have no way of communicating with u *sulks in chair*
Can't message coz am not a livejournal user and I don't really have the time (nor the money) to have one... and if I'm much mistaken, that's the only way to reply or message u! :D
Umm... so do I introduce myself? or u can just skip this message if u're less than interested... but it'll really mean a lot to me if you can promote my yahoogroup on your site for me!
Ok... yes I will elaborate... u see I'm only 16 but I have high hopes that I'll become a writer one day... am not really writing at the moment coz I know I can't make anything written worth reading but I am into beta-reading A LOT! So, I have this group... well it's really stupid... got only 4 members (pfft), but it's for beta-readers and for new authors who are new to the fandom world. I know a lot of lurkers who just wish they could write just as well but don't know how, or don't have the talent but have tons of ideas... so... I wanted to (or am hoping to) assemble some of the authors that we so adore and to have these "lurkers" come and and give ideas as to what the authors could do... at the same time, they'll get their voices heard and they'll feel special if their plots are chosen :) I dunno... just wanted to be involved in the fandom world.
I also wanted to thank you becoz, well u really created an amzing site! Before I used to imagine all these plots that could happen in the HP world... now I get to have my dreams come true... and I thought I was a nut :P
So, thanks and I'm sorry for rambling.
But God plz plz plz... if u EVER have the time... and I'm hoping soon... to email me and tell me if u do or do not like my idea. And for info... if u do *crosses fingers* Maybe it'll get authors interested ya know?
Ok... sorry sorry... the more I type the more I think I'm boring you; yeah so thanks and umm... how's... Harry? I'm trying to relate here :P

Um, hi! A lot of the Yahoogroups allow their group's members to post a link to other HP yahoogroups in the LINKS section - and you should add it in your sig file when you do substantive posts. Those are really my best suggestions for you, and good luck!
