I just got a call from my college roommate. It seems that her freshman year RA is on the cover of this month's issue of The Advocate for his role on QAF, where he's playing lit professor Ben Bruckner. Article is here.

Hoping QAF is "Queer As Folk"...

The BBC show US Queer As Folk on BBC Choice, which is their highest-profile (arguably second) digital/cable/satellite-only TV channel. It comes on directly after 24. (I wonder if there's an interesting reason why US QAF isn't shown on Channel 4, who commissioned the original UK QAF.)

Is the derivation of the show's title widely known in the US - the expression "there's nowt so queer as folk"?
