I have seen the Ausiello spoiler

Which fills me with obvious and giddy glee but also leaves me concerned.

Ausiello did not say the three most important words:

"With" and "each" and "other".

Now, I'm giddy and nervous and I don't know if I want to know now whether it's with each other, or whether I can just stay giddy and expectational until it actually airs.

I don't think it's been stated anywhere whether it's with each other or not! Though I have read the casting calls for two other people in this episode...

But I feel like TPTB know well enough the fans have wanted a bodyswap ep where Sam and Dean switch bodies with each other, so I just don't think they'd get to writing this, and not have them switch bodies with one another, if only briefly.

First thing I thought when I read the Ausiello spoiler was that it didn't say 'with each other'... given how Kripke likes to mess around, I'm not holding my breath.

True--but at the conventions people have been asking Jensen and Jared how they would act if Sam and Dean swapped bodies. I assume that's where this idea came from.
