Except I should go to sleep, so this is mostly a placeholder so I can come back and OMGOMG about the meta and the laundry and the fandom shout-outs and the slash and OMG was this the first time the concept has been mentioned in a network (well, a small network) tv show?

It could have failed miserably, but it actually worked.

And we finally know Sam's LSAT score which probably interests nobody but me and maybe [livejournal.com profile] lyra_wing and [livejournal.com profile] rivkat. The way the "new" scoring of the LSAT works still amuses me - back when I took it there was no demarcation between the various tenths of a point above 99%, but I am still very impressed that they put Sam at the 99.4% - and I wonder if that number (as versus 99.5 or 99.7) was chosen because that's the purity level of Ivory Soap - it's 99.44% pure.

Oh, probably not, but I would love an icon of Sam that says 99.44% Pure. Also would love an icon of Chuck the Writer, Charlotte Charles and Chuck from the 8PM Monday on NBC show, perhaps set to the Llama Song. Oh, and the Doctor's Chucks!

Kid is home from an overnight field trip and I need to get him to sleep - flurry of my favorite lines coming later.

But one quick thing to note - this was The Doctor Dances of SPN. Everybody lives!

And it's so weird. Last week, I was canon (via the Ghostfacers film from Comic Con) and this week?

Fandom is canon.

I think it's because we're awesome.

ETA: There's already a coda up at [livejournal.com profile] with_a_kay because [livejournal.com profile] chash is scarybrilliant and a quick typist! WARNING. THERE ARE SPOILERS THERE.

HAHAHA I was TOTALLY happy to find out about Sam's LSAT score, and I WEIRDLY CALLED IT before he said it. It was SUPER STRANGE. Like I was a prophet myself! I knew it had to be high, but 180 would be ludicrous.

Ha, we did, didn't we? Still curious about the purity factor of it, though.

Just this once, Rose, EVERYBODY LIVES!

Bahahaha I laughed so hard when Dean said, "There are Dean girls, and Sam girls, and -- what's a slash fan?"

Finally saw this. After I nearly died of embarrassment, I loved it. I actually don't know anything about the new scoring--I thought 174 was low for how smart Sam was supposed to be, but turns out it's a point above Stanford Law median, so ok I guess. Perhaps I'm just sad that he wasn't quite H/YLS material. (*Runs for cover*)
