I'm hoping to take Yael with me to vote, but it depends on how long the lines are.

Then, Avi and I will spend the evening in front of the TV and laptop, obsessively marking things off on a big electoral map, and refreshing CNN and Washingtonpost.com. I will probably also spend some time staring longingly at my bottle of tranquilizers, wishing I could take one.

Is it tomorrow yet?

I won't bevoting tomorrow, because I voted absentee. I will be doing my normal class routine during the day, then in theevening going to a watch party with my law school friends that will either be in an apartment or a dive bar. And we're all Obama backers, so... everyone else will get drunk either way and i will sip on water and be bitter about being on antibiotics.

It's a public holiday here tomorrow, so I will be spending it refreshing news sites insanely and wishing it were Wednesday afternoon, which is when the poll results will start becoming apparent.

About the same here, although I'll be getting drunk, not being bitter.

I figure either we drink in joy or we drink in despair, right?

I need to get me a big electoral map.

Technically I'll be spending my Wednesday clicking the refresh button on the office computer when I'm not teaching crazy kids how to speak English. Not cool 14 hour time zone difference between here and the East Coast. And since no one really cares about the election over here, I'll just celebrate the post election-ness by myself ;_;

Gah, that vid made me CRY. I've seen it, but GAH. I am so emotionally keyed up over the election, I can hardly function!

I live in Virginia (I am so HOPEFUL we'll go blue), and I already voted absentee, so I just get to be a nervous wreck tomorrow and refresh the news sites obsessively. EEEEE! *twitches*

That video is AMAZING!

Since I already voted, I'll definitely be encouraging everyone who hasn't to get themselves to a poll (not a pole, as is my usual encouragement).

Also, I'll be having cake most likely, as it's my birthday.

ALL I WANT FOR MY BIRTHDAY THIS YEAR IS SOME CHANGE! :D

coupled with the fact that I have to get up early for work anyway (earlier than usual), pick up something from the store, and I have NO clue how long the line will be for the polling place...I figure, I'm going to have to leave the house about an hour early, and may have to give up my place in line and go back after work if it gets too late...

Sent in my absentee ballot a few weeks ago, so I'll be working and bothering all my co-workers on whether or not they voted. :D

I can't head up to Chicago because of classes and work, but since I'm on a heavily Democratic campus in Illinois? I expect epic partying if Obama wins.

I'll actually be testing for my red belt tomorrow night - I suppose it's a good thing to be occupied with that instead of hitting refresh over and over again. Hopefully there will be good news by the time we're done and home.

I voted by absentee a couple weeks ago.

I'm a precinct chair for the dems here in Albemarle Co., Virginia. So I'll be out all day managing a staff of 14 volunteers and a lawyer - handing out sample ballots and stickers, checking off "favorables" as they vote and calling those who haven't voted to remind them to get out there. All in an effort to bring my little piece of Virginia home for Obama (and Warner, and Periello).

Tomorrow night I plan to hang with some friends and try not to hyperventilate!
