clockstopper's These Parts Won't Break is now online (as is the fic, which I highly recommend reading - it's about an accident with alien technology that makes Ianto and Owen switch bodies).
I have to say, vidding body-swap was a challenge, but a really interesting one - watching Torchwood to find clips where Owen was acting like Ianto - especially Ianto with Jack! - was difficult, but surprisingly possible. Picking a song was fun yet terrifying, too - I wanted to choose something that fit the fic, the characters and the show, and would also appeal to the fic author - who I wasn't supposed to get in touch with because of the fest's policies. So I prattled towendywoowho about Panic!'s "That Green Gentleman", the Finn Bros' "Part of Me, Part of You" and various covers of ABBA's "Knowing Me, Knowing You" - and when she pointed out that nobody can resist a good ABBA cover, my choice was made. clockstopper, I hope you like it!
