Huh, I think I feel "WTF?!?!?!?" with a few polar bears thrown in for good measure.

She's punking us, isn't she?
In other news, am no longer feverish but oh am I weak. A week of being sick has left me hardly able to go up and down the stairs without taking a break, I am just drained. I've always bounced right back from being sick but this time? It's not that easy. I find myself watching Pretty In Pink at noon and wondering if there are any Boston Legal/2 1/2 Men crossovers with fight scenes. I assumed that meant I needed a nap, so I took one, then woke up and watched Music and Lyrics, which was adorable although not particularly thrilling, but one thing that I absolutely loved about it was how the Hugh character googles the Drew character and finds things she's written over the years and its one of the few vaguely accurate representations of the impact of google-ing that I've seen in a film or tv show. And of course, the songs were terrific, and made me want to see Hugh dance some more so I'm off to re-watch Love, Actually this evening. And then sleep some more.
How much longer until I start to feel good again?
bestweekever reports that Gary Sinese is doing a USO tour with his band, "The Lt. Dan Band", named after his character in Forrest Gump; they include some artists' representations of other bands named after recent film characters here.
ANN COULTER: "She's more conservative than he is. I think she'd be stronger on the war on terrorism. I absolutely believe that.... I will campaign for her if it's McCain... She lies less than John McCain, she's smarter than John McCain."
ALAN COLMES: "Let me get this straight, would you vote for Hillary Clinton?"
COULTER: "Yeah."
COLMES: "You would actually go into a voting booth..."
COULTER: "If it's close and the candidate is John McCain, because John McCain is not only bad for Republicanism, which he definitely is, he is bad for the country, very very bad for the country."
