SHOW was good this week! Love the resolution of the Feudal Storyline - it really did come together for me - as well as the way the plot moved on as far as getting Molly out, and moving Matt's powers further on. As far as the final swordfight between Kensei and Hiro, it was so Luke-and-Darth-from-ROTJ, but I like that sort of thing, so it's all good. And yeah of course he didn't die.

Noah is really freaking me out, and I'm still not 100% sure that West isn't a Company Plant but I am leaning towards "omg clueless but disturbed stalker". Much less JD-from-Heathers in this episode.

Not sure how Mohinder doesn't remember Claire from Kirby Plaza but maybe we'll see The Haitian do some major mindwiping in next week's flashback episode?

Clever way to do the breakup between Peter and Caitlin - literally torn apart! And there was naked!wet!peter in this episode, which I know made many happy! I love the way he "recognized" Angela - I'm going to have to go frame-by-frame through that bit! - and the Adam-reveal was almost exactly what I'd hoped. I mean, I haven't made a secret that I've hoped Kensei would be Peter and Nathan's father (although I guess it's still possible he's a bio-dad of some sort) but having him be this Influential Person In Peter's Life is really terrific as well, and I can't wait to see where they go with that.

And hell, maybe Adam is Gabriel's father. Bio-dad or bio+raised-him - either would be fine with me! Or maybe he's Gabriel and Peter's bio-dad and Peter and Nathan are half-brothers. I mean, Angela slept with two of the Originals - maybe she slept with Kensei!Adam, too? Maybe we'll find out next week?

Speaking of Peter, Nathan knows he's alive! SQUEE! And his reactions were wonderful! It's like he has a new mission in life and I can't wait to read the coda-fics on this theme!

I missed Monica to some degree - where is she located at this point? - but didn't miss the twins, although it would've been nice to have some Gabriel.

Mohinder is having so many ethical crisises - I feel like he should be writing to Dear Abby at t his point, or The Ethicist in the NY Times:
I don't know what to do! A few months ago, I tried to kill my love because I learned he killed my father, and then I ended up in a morally gray interdependent, semiprofessional relationship with a guy who had sort of tried to kill me, but when I started to suspect that he cared more about his family than about me, I decided to betray him to someone who wants to kill him. Oh, and for the last four months, I've been living with a recently divorced cop and we're raising a daughter together because she thinks we're her heroes because I saved her with my blood and he saved her from the serial killer who btw is also the guy who killed my father. What do I do now? And is this nose bandage really a good look for me?

In other words, only six days 'til a new episode! Squee!

Also, does anyone have any actual information about the rumor that Kring walked off the show? What's up with that?

Dear "My-Father-Is-Dead in New York",

It seems to me that you have some paternal issues that have manifested in poor relationship choices. What you needs to do is sit down with these people in your life, have a cup of chai, and pick each other's brains, so to speak. Listen to the other person's motivations without jumping to conclusions, as it might only spur you to make further ill choices. Think things over and don't make rash judgments-- that never seems to bode well with you.

Instead of a nose bandage, try another accessory, like a colorful scarf or rakish stubble!

(Basically that's me trying to say that your Mohinder letter is the best thing EVER.)

There's an excerpt from an apparently reliable source here that denies the rumor that Kring had left the show.

I think that Mohinder did recognize Claire. I think he was just trying to make Bob think that he didn't to keep going along with the game, but once Bob told him that Noah killed the Russian guy, Mohinder decided to come clean.

Also, I'm still not okay with Noah killing the Russian guy. I didn't like it, at all.

Way down at the bottom of this article is the paragraph:
Tim Kring, a producer and writer of the NBC hit "Heroes," joined about a dozen writers on a picket line in an effort to shut down the show.

"It's very surreal," he said.

Kring said he had to revise the ending of the 11th episode of "Heroes" on the chance that it might be the last one to air this season.

"Fortunately we were able to hustle back," he said. "The audience won't be left in a lurch."

No, your response is the best thing ever!

And why can I now see Mohinder sitting at Lucy Van Pelt's "advice" booth with a stack of nickels?

OMG that Mohinder letter is the BEST THING EVER.

I am so happy that David Anders is Adam, you have no idea. I was the HUGEST Sark girl when he was on Alias and I'm thrilled that he's got a more central role than I originally thought. *bounces*

That letter is amusing as hell. Poor Mohinder. He's been lied to by everyone, has lied to everyone, and is still no better than when he started. And he's got a broken nose to boot.

It seems as if Peter only remembers Angela, not that he's gotten his whole memory back. He needs to get his damn memory back.

Hiro and Ando are back together again! That was great, though poor Ando having to tell Hiro that Kaito was dead.

It seems like a lot of the storylines are just wrapping up and turning in a new direction -- with only four guaranteed episodes left. Grr.
