Quick thought re Sound of Drums

This episode has to take place between November of 2008 and January of 2009 because there's a President-Elect - he mentions it specifically at the start of his speech when he introduces himself to the chocolate-fans Toclofane.

Of course, this might've been a last minute change after the newscasters' bits were recorded as they both say "President" but still...

I haven't seen the Confidential yet - does anyone have a more pinpointed time-reference than this?
