I have a spare NiMH Rechargeable Battery Pack for a Nokia 6160 or 6162 phone - it seems to be vintage 1998.
Does anyone still have such a phone, and if so, do you want the battery? First come, first served.

And why did I find it today?
They're replacing the carpet in our office this weekend (yay) which means we have to clean everything off the bookcases and desks. I found this in an accordion-folder on one of my bookcases, quite randomly.

I also found recipes from a cooking class Harry took back in 2003, the business cards FA got from VistaPrint before POAIMAXNYC, a sketch of Draco-as-the-twins-from-the-Matrix that Magsby gave me last year and my RIO mp3 player from 2003.

I also have vintage 1996 Patent & Trademark Office rules and regulations, which I now access online anyway, the 1997 New York New Media Guide, which is about 100 pages and which lists some people with only phone numbers and no email addresses, and my absolutely gorgreous, flourescent-orange-covered WIRED STYLE - Principles of English Usage in the Digital Age. Some of the definitions have changed, some are extremely archaic (Pathfinder is defined as "shovelware from Time Warner... plus some fresh writing and Web-related features") and it says that ISPs are "not in the business of content". EHLT isted Search Engines are AltaVista, excite, HotBot, Infoseek, Inktomi, Lycos, WebCrawler and Yahoo! - What's missing, folks? It also discusses gopherspace, Archie and Veronica and PINE. I love this book.
