So the client says, "You idiot! I asked for java* and you give me cocoa.* To which the server responds, "How do you like them Apples!"*

*Cocoa is a programming language for Apple Computer's new OS X operating system. Java is a cross-platform programming language that can be run on a server. (Patrick Sheehan, Silver Spring)

This is from today's Washington Post, which had a challenge a few weeks back for readers to come up with a joke that's only funny to those (a) in the know, or (b) who have heard the explanation

As some of you know, back in November, we knocked down half our house, and are rebuilding it (somewhat bigger on the 2nd floor) from the ground up. So I am kind of obsessive about home decorating magazines, and today I found this. If you get them a digitally generated or scanned image, they can digitally print a full-wall covering or just a border featuring the image.

I can definitely see the positive implications of this for the fandom... Plus, you could use words to cover the walls, not just images.

Remember - always get permission before using someone's work other than your own :)
