I do agree with Heidi that the movie will bring
us new people who are unfamiliar with the fandom, and I think
we should try to accomodate them.

Me, a year ago, today:
1. Set up EZboards for reviews and in the park
2. Moderate various FictionAlleyPark Ezboards
3. Coordinate with tech people, including Amber, Phil, Jason, Mack and John
4. Answer some emailed questions
5. Admin the mailboxes, with assistance from Jana when I need it
6. Code fics
7. Update the Blog
8. Start a lot of polls
9. Turn authors into mods on the review boards
10. Public Relations, including monitering of the Top 50 and Top HP Fanfic
pages (and keeping a close eye on comments about the sites on random
EZboards)
11. Make copy-editor comments about things
12. Write the disclaimers and Terms of Use
13. Organize some chats
14. Think of workarounds for technical issues (like today's read/review/rate
thing)
15. General fandom outreach
16. Make People Happy! (at least, I hope I'm doing this job...)
