Paul is wonderful (aka New AA feature)

Paul has instituted a feature on ArtisticAlley where you can click on any user's profile and find a list of all the threads they've started - as generally people only start threads on AA to post art, this means that we can now see lists of all art by any artist, in every board on AA, on one page (or more, if they have a lot of pics).

Paul, you are wonderful!

And in other FA news, Amber is also terrfic, and we're all very happy about something Nostrademons has been working on, which we hope to announce soon! And Stacey, as usual, does six amazing things before breakfast every day - and I'm not just saying that because she has breakfast about the same time I have lunch. Blasted time zones.

Hey! Oldbies! Want to be E-Mentors?

As you may know, FA is approaching its one year anniversary, and we have over 6000 registered members. Some of our oldbies have offered to give the newbies a bit of a guided tour around FA and the fandom, and we've decided that we would really appreciate the help!

We're now recruiting "E-Mentors" - oldbies who will be the friendly face of FA to a few newbies a month.

So if you're an oldbie (in other words, if you've been a registered user since at least April Fool's Day), take a look at the application at the bottom of this post. The, cut & paste the answers into an email, put your User Name and the word "EMENTOR" in the subject, and send the email to E-Mentor@schnoogle.com. Note that if you've accrued more than one point for ToU violations in the past four months, you'll have to wait for the next round of E-Mentor selections, which will be some time this fall. Anyone who committs to being an E-Mentor has to be available at least 3 weeks out of 4 for the summer.

You don't have to answer every question correctly - but you do have to get at least 75% of them right. Remember - all the answers are on FA (including on the Point Me! page), and if you're really an oldbie, you should know them. If you don't know the answers, you're probably still a newbie and we loff you and you should wait a few more months before you apply to be an E-Mentor.
