gehayi wrote an amazing story that incorporates the theory I read a few times, and repeated back to her: that Sirius and Regulus were fraternal twins - one born "...just a few minutes before midnight on the thirty-first of August, eleven years ago... [and one] born a few minutes after midnight on the first of September." It's amazing and the characterizations are wonderful and I'm over the moon for this story. It treats the concept so wonderfully and makes this amazing in-character thing out of it. But it covers more and goes further than just that bunny-concept and traces and sketches this wonderful Black-centric plot and character exploration and it's just lovely. Thank you, gehayi!
