And yes, Normal!Gary, which I don't think had ever existed in a Major! Motion! Picture! before. My mom saw it on a plane last week and came off the flight just babbling about how wonderful the film was and did we have it on dvd for her to borrow and were they making a sequel with the same amazing cast.

We were so amused, as she is not normally a superhero-movie fan. We'll get her to the next X Men, as we know the director, but that's probably it since Superman in the 70s.

Unrelated to this post, but... what's up with the URLs of all the stories on FA? The links from my LJ userinfo to my authorpages still work... but the links from the authorpages to the stories no longer work. And should I resubmit all of my stories if I want the header notes to remain intact?

Heidi, are you sure this search engine is functionning? I tried to do a search for Snape/Hermione, and it only gave me two fics, which I'm sure is wrong.

Maybe there are still some glitches with it.

I'm also inclined to think it's not indexing everything properly yet, seeing as I only got a handful of H/Hr or Remus/Sirius fics last week, too.

Nope, no glitches. It's just that authors need to go back and edit their fics to include ships in there - go prod your favorite authors to do so. I've already sent everyone an Owl on FA, reminding them to do so, so it's happening, but only as quickly as the authors are inspired to go and spend 10 minutes updating their fic's info.
