1. Knee is feeling better. Thanks so much to everyone for their sweet wishes (and compliments to my amazing boy!)
2. tandys.org at dot5hosting is still down. I am sending them a lawyer's letter tomorrow demanding a refund, and transfering the hosting over to http://www/dynamiconomy.com, because I love [livejournal.com profile] tobymalfoy.
3. Please use the email address on my LJ profile page, if you want to email me. Or if you're signed in on FA, you can use this page.
4. Per my post on Leaky today, the John Williams fansite is mirroring a "clean" version of SOmething Wicked This Way Comes from PoA. Yes, it is already on my iPod.
5. And speaking of my iPod, when I fell yesterday, I was carrying it. So not only did I smash it to the ground, I smashed it to the ground in a puddle of water. And it worked perfectly, even after that. Perhaps it is because of my Pretty! Pink! Cover! And speaking of that, if someone wants to manip this icon so the Dementor's iPod is Bubblepink, that would be *nice*.
6. I took Harry to the New World Symphony today - we've been taking him since he was about 25 months old - and the ticket-taker almost didn't let him in. He handed her our tickets and she asked how old he was. When he replied, she said, "We don't allow children under eight."

A manager was nearby and came over, and agreed with her. I interrupted and said that we'd been taking him there for almost three years and there had never been a problem.

Then Harry got in on the act and said, "I have been coming here since I was two and I want to hear the clarinets and bass, and so do my crocodile and animal trailer." He showed them his "little people" in his hands, and continued, "I promise to be quiet."

And, of course, he was. He has occasionally fallen asleep on one of us at symphony, but he's never been disruptive and we always leave after the second piece and/or during intermission, so we're never there more than an hour anyway. Hopefully, they've learned their lesson, those silly usher-people.

: wanders off to stretch out leg and get it to feel better so I can play raquetball tomorrow...

Happy that you're feeling better. A good knee is a terrible thing to waste.

Our iPods will outlive us. I once sent mine skidding down an Amsterdam sidewalk, past piles of dog poop and sundry discarded crud, and it kept right on playing.

Finally, your little Harry. So cute. So smart. And you... so lucky. Beaucoup de huggles.

Yay for Harry, both for helping you and at the theatre!
