Yes, it's pregnancy related, unfortunately :(

And yes, Neil is a natural ginger-top - if you ever have a chance to sneak a peek at Something So Strong or Mike Chunn's Enz-ography, you'll get to see all these old pictures of him from before he joined Split ENz (i.e. 18 and under) and my, he was the wooblet, wasn't he? Some people are made to be able to wear pudding bowl haircuts. He's one of them!
