heidiTaking someone else's survey about writing, as I seem to be doing it again now (and am adding on a question of my own).

Yes. Hue & Cry, Aztec Camera, Crowded House, Split Enz, Finn Bros, and Paul Weller. Sometimes argumentative songs from Chess.
Prose easier than dialogue?
Dialogue is easier these days, although I still get the feeling it's a bit awkward and not really how people speak. But the, what dialogue is?
Enjoy writing sex scenes?
I can't even write hand-holding scenes.
Most troublesome words:
Seemed. I use "seemed" too much.
Do you use stickmen?

Hermione. My Draco is getting too mentally muddled to allow me to get into his head easily.
Collaboration or writing all alone in a dark attic like Jo March?
Collaboration! It's half the fun!

I.e., to visualize placement, probability. Some people draw scenes (stickmen, etc), some people act them out, some people get out ye olde Barbie dolls or teddy bears (or Obi Wan and Darth Maul action figures, depending on your fandom :P). Some just think 'em. And so on. :)
