This band was originally called Hardy Drew and the Nancy Boys, which I thought was much funnier. But yes, a waitress was actually leading the crowd in singing this song in O'Flaherty's in San Jose last Sunday night. And they have a picture of Himself behind the bar. Seriously, I think my Irish relations would claim the Maccabees if they could find one drop of Hibernian blood and get a good song or make a buck out of it... =)
