But I'm not actually sure if I'm incoherent from Love for Show, Worship of teh Sera, adoration of the acting team of Jensen & Jensen (Now With Really Black Eyes), wow-ness over Crucified!Sammy, shock at again seeing Head of Bobby or, well, the damned fever.

Maybe it's all that, with a little "Brad Pitt" on the side?

I definitely need to see it again because if I watch it 6 or 7 more times I *may* be able to choose my ten favorite lines/scenes.

Maybe.

ETA: oooh, cedarlibrarian just reminded me - we need to rename the Doobie Brothers into the Woobie Brothers! Woobies > drugs!

ETA: my son just woke up from a dream about math and came in and asked us what 100 + 100 equals.

It was excellent, yes! And what's so great is that a few weeks ago, Stargate: Atlantis did a show with a killer in dreams, and John had to fight himself too, and it really struck me how alike Dean and John are.

I think that last night's epi is my 2nd fav of the season. "Bad Day at Black Rock" being the 1st of course. Here are some of my thoughts about the show:

I adore Bobby so I was glad to have some back story on him. Interesting too.

Ok Sammy is crushing on Bella. How freakin cute is that!! Naughty little dreams too from our little woobie.

The dream root is in the Polyjuice Potion family :D

What to say about bound and somewhat crucified Sammy. If that were a woman that had him captive like that there would be less clothing, a cat-o-nine tails instead of a bat and there would be more hands on torturing. Well at least that's what I saw in my head.

Dean telling Bobby that he was like a father to him. Got a little misty eyed on that one.

Dean's battle with himself. So well done. I love that we were able to hear and see exactly what is going on in Dean's mind all the time. And Dean's black eyes?? Cool but creepy.

And once again Team Kripke have delivered to us an amazing show which strengthens my resolve that this really is one of the best shows on TV right now and more people really need to start watching this show.

Excellent episode all round. But they did mess up the Pittsburgh aspect.

I defy anyone to find *that* much flat in any wooded area *anywhere* around Pittsburgh.
