ISO Calling Card recommendations - what's good for calls from the US to the UK? I've been looking around on ZapTel but I'm not sure how the rates compare. So, what should I check out?
There's a dollar surcharge per call, but then it's 1.5 cents per minute to a landline. If you think that you'll be making a lot of shorter calls, you may want to go with another plan (http://cognigen.net/cognicall/?yg) that's 6.8 cents per minute with no surcharges.
